Job Description:
Teachwell Solutions is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavior analysis services to students with developmental disabilities in various school settings. Your primary duties will include conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with teachers and staff to implement evidence-based strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide support to school staff
- Monitor and evaluate student progress
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of services provided
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
