PROJECT MANAGER – SITE DEVELOPMENT
TNP has an immediate opening in our Allen, TX office for a (Civil Engineer) Project Manager to join and lead an established design team. The Project Manager is responsible for the production and management of design for a variety of public/private sector projects with an emphasis on site development but also including municipal public works infrastructure and transportation improvements projects. The Project Manager position provides an excellent opportunity for personal & professional growth as well as the opportunity to have a leadership role in the growth and development of the design team to which they are assigned.
Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Managing the technical analysis, design, and production of a variety of site development, public works, and private development improvement projects
- Organizing and scheduling work to accomplish project goals within established budgets and timelines
- Organizing and directing the efforts of a project team, including engineers, technicians, and sub-consultants
- Preparing proposals, reports, opinions of cost, and construction documents
- Perform project management in accordance with TNP standards and guidelines
- Coordination with other disciplines
- Construction administration
- Maintaining strong overall financial performance
Position Requirements: At a minimum, candidates must meet the following educational, professional, and personal requirements:
Education/Certification
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- Current registration as a Professional Engineer (Civil) in the State of Texas or the ability to obtain State of Texas P.E. certification within one year
Professional
- Responsive and service-oriented to our clients
- Design proficiency with site grading, roadway, drainage, water, and sanitary sewer improvements is required
- Seven (7) to Twelve (12) years of experience in site development design preferred
- Proficiency with Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, and Excel is required
- Committed to professional development
- Demonstrated ability to develop solid working relationships with other team members
- Ability to manage and schedule work to meet objectives & deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to manage and meet client expectations

Compensation: Compensation includes:
- A competitive base salary dependent on skills, qualifications, and experience
- Supplemental pay for additional hours worked in excess of 43 hours
