What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at Teague?
The Program Manager facilitates relationships with clients, identifying their needs and coming up with Teague-inspired solutions. Program Managers are responsible for handling several clients at a time and must be capable of juggling multiple, large, complex projects without breaking a sweat.
Why We Need This Position:
We work in a field founded on change and innovation. We need someone who knows how to nurture clients and help them articulate what they want—sometimes before they even know what it is. That person then needs to know how to tap into Teague’s creative or technical talents and energy to deliver more to those clients than they even thought possible. This position is about developing long-term relationships that will move the industry forward for both the client and Teague. We know our clients are the reason we exist, and we want them to be happy they’ve come to us.
Who We’re Looking For:
You love all aspects of working with clients. You’re so deeply committed to delivering the optimal client experience that you won’t sleep at night until you’ve personally verified that their expectations have been met. You have the experience to handle the concrete nuts and bolts of determining a given project’s scope, deliverables, timeline, and budget, but you’re equally capable of grasping the big picture, which means you’re adept at prioritizing multiple projects and balancing their competing needs, all while adhering to deadlines.
You’re also a visionary: You can read a client’s mind, anticipate their needs, and serve as a thought leader in the industry. Specifically, this means you participate in all phase reviews, advocate for the client and represent them in internal reviews, and educate the client by promoting all that Teague has to offer them. You use your exceptional communication skills to deliver inspiration to the client, as well as insightful feedback to Senior Management at Teague. You put those same communication skills to work making Teague presentations to new, existing and potential clients, then nurture those budding relationships.
Bottom line: If asked to see the forest for the trees, you could see each leaf, the forest, and the continent. You’re detail-oriented, sensationally well organized, forward-thinking and great with people, and you love nothing more than the prospect of aligning the needs and talents of two parties—client and Teague—in perfect harmony.
What We Just Said, Now in 5 Bullet Points (a.k.a. Essential Qualifications):
Must be a U.S. citizen as compliant with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Must be located or willing to relocate to Seattle, WA.
