Position Summary
Travel between East Tennessee branches. Responsible for ensuring all employees are working safely, all OSHA regulations, company standards, and policies are being followed. Responsible for completion of Safety training with new employees and existing employees. Conducts monthly Safety Audits within all Team Air properties in their territory. Follows up on all safety hazards and incidents in a timely manner.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· Oversees that all warehouses are working safely and following all OSHA regulations and Team Air policies.
· Make sure they have all the safety equipment they need or are required to complete job tasks.
· Completes monthly branch safety audits, very detailed checklist to follow.
· Follows up on all safety hazards and incidents.
· Organize safety training and schedule them regularly.
· Follow up and make sure everyone understands all safety procedures for all emergency situations.
· Ensures that there is a clear open line of communication with everyone concerned for their safety or others.
· Accurately keep and store all records and documents.
· Organize and complete new employee training and current employee training.
· Reacts positively to change.
· Maintain and encourage our company culture.
Qualifications
· Highly organized and self-motivated.
· Excellent problem solving, strong attention to detail, good reasoning ability, sound judgement, and good interpersonal skills.
· Excellent written skills and oral communication skills.
· Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
· Ability to multitask in fast paced environment.
· Ability to manage confidential information with great sensitivity.
· Must pass a drug test and background screening.
Education
High School Diploma or GED required.
Associate degree preferred.
