As a Counter Sales Representative, you will exhibit:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with past invoices
- Quote prices and prepare sales orders
- Determine the make, type, quality and availability of desired merchandise and make suggestions that meet the customer’s needs
- Entering proper information to generate accurate invoices for pick up or delivery
- Accurately locate and pick products for order fulfillment
- Estimate date of deliveries based on knowledge of production and delivery schedules
- Assess and determine warranty items while ensuring adherence to manufacturer policies and meeting the specific needs of each customer
- Maintain neat and professional work area
- Promote company sales initiatives
- Assist in receiving, shipping, and warehouse activities
Qualifications
- HVAC experience preferred
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good reasoning ability and sound judgement
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office products
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity
- Able to lift 50 pounds and operate a forklift
- Able to pass a drug test and background screening
