As an HVAC Warehouse Associate, you will:
- Ensure Operational Efficiency: Accurately pick, pack, and manage inventory to keep our warehouse running smoothly.
- Prioritize Safety and Precision: Utilize your forklift certification and warehouse experience to handle materials safely and effectively.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Uphold high levels of quality control to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Leverage Technical Skills: Operate RF scanners and reach trucks to enhance productivity and service delivery.
- Provide Excellent Service: Work in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer support.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Loading, unloading, sorting, and staging inventory in the warehouse
- Will be primarily responsible for deliveries to our valued customers
- Warehouse up-keep: ensuring organization and warehouse appearance
- Safe operation of forklift and other material handling equipment
- Scanning and recording of customer orders and inventory
- Must participate in regular inventory counts
- Other warehouse associated duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- At least one (1 ) year of warehouse experience
- Valid driver license
- Forklift certified or able to be certified under Company program
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Time management skills
- Able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
