A Junior Sales Ambassador Will:
- Communicate face-to-face with customers to present them our client’s products and services
- Receive hands-on training and development during daily training sessions and 1-on-1 coaching sessions
- Become an expert on client products and services by immersing yourself in product knowledge trainings sessions and network with our partner branches on zoom meetings
- Answer all customer questions and concerns regarding products with a positive and empathetic demeanor
- Build outstanding customer relationships in order to create customer loyalty and positive brand awareness
- Close customer sales when necessary and actively listen to any customer objections and questions so you can provide solutions
- Upsell products and services that our client has to offer to qualified customers
- Follow all client compliance guidelines
- Keep a detailed record of customer interactions
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or any customer facing role
