Wireless Communications Representative Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers to address questions and provide education on wireless products, promotions and services
- Build and maintain relationships with current and new customers by providing exponential customer support
- Collaborate with sales and Wireless Communications team to share insights and strategies aimed at enhancing sales performance
- Stay up to date on product pricing, sales, and promotions to effectively assist customers and meet their needs
- Identify customer's problems or concerns and effectively offer a solution in a professional manner

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or customer-facing field
- Highly organized and goal-oriented
