We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-driven COO to oversee operations and drive growth for our real estate business coaching company. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient coaching program delivery.
- Develop and optimize systems, workflows, and processes for client onboarding, coaching sessions, and administrative tasks.
- Manage scheduling, client communications, and program logistics to enhance efficiency.
- Track performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and scalability.
- Collaborate with the founder to execute strategic initiatives and achieve business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and external partners.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations within a real estate coaching company or a similar high-growth environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRMs, project management tools, and other business systems used in coaching or online businesses.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for creating exceptional client experiences.
- Ability to work in-office in Salisbury, MD, with flexibility for remote work for the right candidate.
