What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the right hand to our executive team: Manage emails, calendars, and communications, ensuring they stay on top of priorities.
- Proactively take ownership of tasks without needing constant direction—anticipate what needs to be done before being asked.
- Work directly with clients and key partners—maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and business affiliates.
- Solve Problems Before They Arise – Proactively identify issues, create solutions, and execute without needing micromanagement.
- Own and Manage Important Projects – Whether it’s gathering bids for rehab projects, tracking business KPIs, or finding marketing resources, you make sure things get done.
- Coordinate Project Walkthroughs & Bid management-Schedule walkthroughs, send bids to owners, and follow up to ensure timely responses and decisions
- Be Ready for Anything – This role requires adaptability, quick thinking, and a whatever-it-takes attitude to support the company’s growth.
