Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Leader to develop, coach, and recruit a top-tier sales team. This role is crucial in driving company growth by overseeing lead managers, field sales agents, and disposition representatives. As a Sales Leader, you will align the Sales Team with Marketing, Operations, and Underwriting, ensuring pipeline efficiency and deal success.
This is a high-impact role for someone with a strong sales background, leadership experience, and a passion for coaching teams to success.
Key Responsibilities:
-Recruit, Train & Lead – Attract, develop, and retain top sales talent. Inspire your team to exceed targets and advance in their careers.
-Sales Team Performance & Optimization – Monitor CRM activity, analyze KPIs, and implement performance improvement strategies.
-Sales Strategy & Execution – Develop and refine sales scripts, outreach strategies, and closing techniques.
-Collaboration & Alignment – Work cross-functionally with Marketing to create lead generation and engagement campaigns.
-Coaching & Development – Conduct call monitoring, role plays, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing training to enhance sales performance.
-Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) – Establish and document best practices, ensuring consistency across all sales operations.
-Reporting & Insights – Provide performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Your Qualifications:
-5 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams (industry experience not required).
-Proven success as a sales leader (President’s Club-level seller preferred).
-Expert in classic, consultative selling techniques (Zig Ziglar, Dale Carnegie, Nick Murray, etc.).
-Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
-Results-driven mindset with a passion for scaling teams and hitting revenue goals.
-Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills to build a winning culture.
-Experience in enterprise sales methodologies (Holden, MEDDICC, etc.) is a plus.
