The Role: Associate Broker
Are you a motivated and entrepreneurial-minded professional looking to launch or accelerate
your career in commercial real estate? We’re seeking a driven Associate Broker to join our
team. This full-time role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to real commercial
transactions while providing the flexibility to build your own book of business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Conducting market research and financial analysis to support client transactions
Assisting in prospecting and business development to generate new leads
Coordinating client communications and relationship management
Touring and showcasing property listings to prospective tenants and buyers
Collaborating with senior brokers to structure deals and negotiate contracts
Gaining exposure to investment sales, leasing, and development transactions

Qualifications:
Must-Have

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Willingness to obtain a California Real Estate License (if not already licensed)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
Previous experience in sales, business development, or real estate
