Team Auto Group, a leading automotive dealership group with five locations across the Carolinas, is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Service Manager to join our team at our Myrtle Beach dealership. This is a key leadership role focused on driving service excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering a high-performing team environment. Domestic dealership experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and maintain high standards for customer care, ensuring the service team consistently exceeds performance goals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with manufacturers and vendors to support operational success.
- Inspire, coach, and lead a team of service professionals to optimize skills, efficiency, and overall performance.
- Oversee daily service department operations, including scheduling, task prioritization, and workflow management.
- Achieve departmental objectives by driving revenue growth, enhancing productivity, and increasing profitability.
- Provide hands-on support in diagnosing vehicle issues, managing warranty claims, and ensuring timely, high-quality repairs.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive service management, with a history of achieving high customer satisfaction and operational success.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, capable of developing and sustaining a high-performing service team.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the automotive service industry, including technical diagnostics and repair processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
