Internet Desk Manager

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Internet Desk Manager to oversee internet sales operations and lead management processes across five dealership locations in the Carolinas. This unique role requires a leader with extensive desking experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to process-driven success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage internet sales operations, ensuring leads are handled effectively and customers receive a seamless experience.

· Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to exceed departmental expectations.

· Maintain a process-oriented approach to ensure consistency and quality across all operations.

· Communicate professionally with customers through phone, email, and other channels to deliver exceptional service.

· Utilize multiple technology platforms and systems to manage leads, track performance, and streamline workflows.

· Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

· Desking experience in new car and pre-owned sales is required; finance experience is a plus.

· Proven experience as a desk manager in an automotive dealership.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in phone conversations.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and implement strategic adjustments.

· Tech-savvy, with proficiency in using multiple systems and technology platforms.

· Highly motivated, process-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
