Job Summary : To perform all duties of the warehouse as the assistant, including receiving orders, pulling orders, running parts, performing restock and parts purchasing of the company. The initial task will be to work with the team and execute an inventory system. Ordering and purchasing equipment and materials, inventory stocking program, ability to perform all warehouse functions. Clear and concise communications with management, staff and outside vendors.
Pay : Salary Top Pay for Top Talent
Compensation will depend on experience and will increase with skills and continued education along with taking on more of the management duties.
General Hours : 7 : 00am - 5 : 00pm, Monday to Friday, occasional nights and weekends
Required Qualifications :
Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
High school diploma or its equivalent
HVAC and / or Plumbing industry knowledge is preferred
Computer skills with Microsoft Office including Excel
Experience creating Inventory Systems
Ability to multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced customer service skills
Ability to set and manage timeline goals
Strong problem solving skills
Energetic personality
Professional phone skills
