- Collaborate with the team to establish and maintain referral programs.
- Process bank verifications and issue ID cards efficiently.
- Manage customer accounting and billing inquiries, resolving issues professionally and accurately.

Our Ideal Account Executive:
- Experienced: 3-5 years of insurance, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Licensed: A Property and Casualty Insurance License is preferred; if not certified, you must get it within 90 days (the company will pay the license fee).
- Go-Getter: Eager to learn, grow, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic: Brings energy and a positive attitude to interactions with clients and teammates.
- Customer-Focused: Provides exceptional service with a client-first approach, meeting needs with care and professionalism.
- Computer Skills: Comfortable navigating various software systems, including Agency Management Systems (preferred), rating software, vendor websites, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Relatable: Builds strong relationships and connects easily with clients and colleagues.
- Strong Communicator: Effectively conveys information, listens actively, and resolves issues.
- Time Management: Stays organized, prioritizes tasks efficiently, and meets deadlines.
