Perform hands-on carpentry work, including framing, trimming, and finishing as needed.- Assist the foremen in planning, coordinating, and executing daily carpentry tasks.
- Assist the foremen in managing materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
- Learn & develop a broad skill set in carpentry with ongoing training from experienced tradesmen in a supportive, family-oriented environment.
- Complete work according to project plans and blueprints. (basic understanding of blueprint reading preferred).
- Train and mentor less experienced workers, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Work full-time hours (7 AM-5 PM). Saturday overtime is optional – our company prioritizes work-life balance.
- Travel to jobs within a 30-mile radius around Bernville.

We seek a motivated Assistant Carpentry Foreman, who will support the Foremen in overseeing carpentry jobs, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently. The position combines hands-on carpentry work with leadership to maintain quality and productivity. Our Ideal Assistant Carpentry Foreman:
- Experienced: 3 years of hands-on experience, with a solid understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.

- Hardworking & Hands-On: A strong work ethic and a willingness to take a hands-on approach to get the job done.

- Active: Capable of performing tasks that involve lifting up to 75 lbs., working from a ladder, and handling various environments and conditions.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record for 5 years.
