- Attend weekly sales meetings to share updates and collaborate with the team.
- Travel regularly within a 3-hour radius of Cochranton, PA, with occasional out-of-state projects.
- Work flexible hours, splitting your time between the office and on the road.

Our Ideal Commercial Roofing Outside Sales Representative:
- Experienced: Possesses basic knowledge of roofing (including roofing safety) and commercial roofing, along with required construction and sales experience. Leadership or management experience is preferred, ideally with 5 years in a leadership role.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with basic computer skills; prior experience with CRM systems is helpful, and familiarity with CenterPoint is a plus.
- Team Player: Works well with others, contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Dependable & Honest: Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining integrity in all interactions.
- Self-motivated & Positive: Driven to take the initiative while maintaining an optimistic and solution-focused mindset.
- Strong Communicator: Effectively shares information with team members, clients, and management.
- Active: Capable of performing manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs., and comfortable with physical activities such as standing, walking, climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crawling.
