Great Lakes Commercial Roofing LLC is looking for a Service Technician to repair commercial roofs and perform maintenance, & inspections. We encourage you to apply for this position if you have commercial roofing experience.

Our Ideal Service Technician :

  • Experience : 5 years of commercial roofing experience and a complete understanding of roof coatings are preferred. We are willing to train with residential roofing experience. Basic computer skills and the ability to operate power tools are required.
  • Clearances Required : Due to our work with schools, all employees must pass a federal criminal background check & Drug Test
  • Certifications : OSHA training & certifications are preferred.
  • Great Communicator : You will be interacting with customers and manufacturers. Must be courteous & friendly.
  • Organized : Able to assess each job, order materials, and plan the logistics effectively.
  • Detail-Oriented : Able to evaluate roofs systematically for leaks and provide inspections.
  • Professional : Your appearance, words, & actions need to be respectful, presentable, and thoughtful as you interact with our customers.
  • Self-motivated : Assesses the work required, has the initiative to get started, and drives tasks to completion.
  • Dependable : Can be counted on to arrive at work on time and work efficiently throughout the day.
  • Active : Ability to perform manual labor; lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, climb, balance, kneel, and crawl.
  • Valid Driver's License : A clean driving record for the past 5 years.

  • 20-$30 / hour, depending on experience
