What You'll Do:

• Kickstart your day at the shop around 6:30 AM, align on safety and plans, and head out as a team.
• Install commercial roofing systems like single-ply membranes, roof coatings, and metal roofs.
• Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe every step of the way.
• Protect businesses by delivering quality work on every project.

Who We're Looking For:

A dependable, self-motivated team player with 2-4 years of commercial roofing or flat roof experience. You take pride in doing things right, working hard, and staying organized. You'll fit right in if you're OSHA 10-certified (or willing to be), customer-oriented, and eager to grow.

• $20-$30/hour, depending on experience & skillset
