Construction Crew Member

- Learn the construction trade hands-on, assisting a skilled team and developing the knowledge and skills to become a qualified craftsman
- Participate in projects from start to finish
- Assist the foreman with production and hitting targets
- Organize tools and materials for the workday
- Load van / trailer with supplies and keep tools and materials organized
- Focus on precise measurements, cuts, and assembly
- Learn local building codes and safety standards
- Maintain a clean job site – sweep, clear debris, and return tools
- Restock vehicle supplies, empty trash, and sweep floors
- Perform miscellaneous shop tasks as needed
- Learn skills in carpentry, excavation, concrete, drywall, windows, and flooring
- Work Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM. There may be meetings outside your regular hours that you are expected to attend.
