- Design benefits packages that meet the needs of our clients' organizations and their employees. \
- Maintain knowledge of employee benefits, industry trends, and carrier's products & services. \
- Educate and advise clients on compliance topics, including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, 5500s, and Health Care Reform. \
- Deliver educational presentations to companies, community organizations, and other potential clients on issues related to employee benefits and Medicare supplement plans. \
