• Enjoy an exciting opportunity to work as both a mechanic and fleet manager for an established faith-based company
• Diagnose, repair, & service landscape power equipment, including commercial mowers, 2-cycle equipment, utility vehicles, trailers, and trucks
• Coordinate inspections for company vehicles
• Document & manage inventory for parts and supplies to ensure all the materials are available when needed
• Deliver snow & landscaping equipment to/from the shop and job site within an hour's radius of our location
• Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and guidelines
• Conduct regular safety inspections of vehicles and equipment
• Work closely with drivers and operations staff to coordinate repairs to minimize downtime
• Be available for on-call emergency repairs during the winter season

We are looking for a skilled Equipment and fleet Mechanic to join our team. This person would be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on all company vehicles and landscape equipment. Our Ideal Equipment & Fleet Mechanic:

• Experienced: 1 years of experience working with mowers, small engines, 2-cycle equipment, and utility vehicles. A high school diploma with additional technical certifications is preferred but not required.
• Driver's License: Must have a valid PA driver's license and a relatively clean driving record for five years.
• Safety-minded: Committed to performing quality work that ensures the safety of our crews.
• Active: Able to climb, bend, kneel, lift 75 lbs., & perform the work related to repair and maintenance for trucks, equipment, and utility vehicles.
• Organized & Detailed: Ability & persistence to identify and determine the cause of a needed repair. Thoroughly assess service projects and systematically accomplish them. Highly organized.
• Problem-solver: Strong analytical & problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to document repairs and collaborate with team members.
• Team Player: Driven to contribute to the team. Good people skills. Humble. Enjoys being part of a team and working with others.
