Mechanical Assistant - Electrical and Plumbing

- Learn & develop a broad skill set in plumbing and electrical work with ongoing training from experienced tradesmen
- Gain hands-on experience – we are willing to provide apprenticeships and on-the-job training for entry-level candidates AND growth opportunities for already skilled tradesmen
- Train with a crew working on new homes, remodeling projects, and repairs
- Work full-time hours (7 AM-5 PM) with flexibility – our company prioritizes work-life balance
- Perform electrical installations, retrofitting, and troubleshooting in new homes and remodels
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on electrical systems
- Install water supply and drainage systems in new homes and for kitchen / bathroom renovations
- Address plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements (e.g., sinks, faucets, water heaters)
- Travel to job sites within a 30-mile radius
- Earn performance-based raises as you advance your skillset
