- Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure smooth financial operations
- Oversee workers' compensation tasks, including compliance, record-keeping, and issue resolution
- Perform daily office duties, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining organized files

Our Ideal Office Administrator/Bookkeeper:
- Experienced: 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience; Workers' Compensation knowledge preferred.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; able to navigate apps and learn new software quickly.
- Detail-oriented: Ensures accuracy in financial records, payroll, and administrative tasks.
- Organized & Self-Motivated: Manages multiple tasks simultaneously & independently, stays on top of deadlines, and keeps operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Discreet: Someone who handles sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong Communicator: Excels in verbal and written communication to effectively engage with clients and team members.
