Who We're Looking For:
- Experienced: 1 year in production or manufacturing preferred; forklift experience and basic computer skills are a plus, but not required.
- Dependable & Efficient: Shows up on time, works steadily, and keeps production moving to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Quality-focused: Someone who monitors compromised components, removes them from production, and always strives to deliver the best product on time.
- Proactive Communicator: Identifies and shares ideas for improving quality and efficiency.
- Growth-oriented: Uses good judgment, takes initiative, and is willing to learn and improve skills.
- Positive Team Player: Maintains a helpful, courteous attitude with team members and clients.
- Active: Able to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, lift up to 75 lbs., and work outdoors in various conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cut lumber accurately to meet production specifications
- Assemble trusses using hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment
- Read & follow work orders and production schedules
- Ensure precise placement of lumber and plates during assembly
- Operate forklifts to move materials and trusses around the yard and warehouse
- Load & unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow safety procedures and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

- Consistent work: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM (45-50 hours per week, busiest April–December) with a paid morning break at 9:00 AM
