Service Technician

- Deliver top-notch service for forklifts, aerial lifts, floor scrubbers, skid steers, and electric forklifts, ensuring equipment operates at peak performance.
- Troubleshoot & resolve issues with electrical, hydraulic, and fuel systems, reading and interpreting schematics as needed.
- Document repairs and maintenance accurately, including parts used and equipment status, using current paper-based processes.
- Maintain safety standards by following all company and industry protocols.
- Keep workspaces, on- and off-site, organized and professional.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and customers to provide updates on equipment issues, repairs, and timelines.
- Travel (80% on the road, 20% at the shop) within a 1-hour radius to provide on-site customer service.
- Work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, 7 : 30 AM–4 : 30 PM, with availability for emergency service calls.
