Water Service Technician – Experienced or Entry-Level

- Represent Martin Water Conditioning with professionalism and care by servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing water systems.
- Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service, building long-term relationships and addressing concerns with warmth and respect.
- Educate customers on their water systems and recommend solutions, including replacements and upgrades, to meet their needs.
- Access your daily schedule and billing system conveniently through a phone app, handling payments at the time of service.
- Stock your truck weekly.
- Collaborate with office staff and regional teammates to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in monthly breakfast meetings with your local team and join team-wide conference calls.
