Who We're Looking For:

• Experience: 4 years of backend WordPress experience; proficient in CSS, themes, plugins, and troubleshooting WordPress-related issues. Internal IT and customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong Communicator: Clear verbal and written communication with clients and team members.
• Efficient: Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely completion without compromising quality.
• Problem Solver: Enjoys troubleshooting and maintaining smooth digital systems.
• Detailed & Proactive: Ensures accuracy while anticipating challenges.
• Organized: Keeps tasks and projects on track and on time.
• Customer-focused: Relates well to clients in a B2B environment.
• Computer Skills: Must have excellent WordPress (trouble-shooting and development) knowledge & experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to gather information for website projects.
• Delegate tasks and assignments to the web team.
• Guide clients through website packages, helping define goals and needs.
• Support project quotes, timelines, and delivery expectations.
• Oversee project workflows, meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Troubleshoot & resolve WordPress issues (themes, plugins, CSS bugs, updates, backups).
• Provide internal IT support (email, software, printers, connectivity).
• Monitor server health, manage backups, and address hosting issues.
