Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Customers: Provide exceptional customer service, guiding customers through the sales process with expertise and enthusiasm.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive trends and vehicle models to provide accurate information to customers.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques and excellent customer service.
- Build Relationships: Develop long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Assist with Financing: Help customers understand their financing options and assist with the application process.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales is preferable but not required
- Customer Focused: A strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales-related technology.
- Valid Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
