We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Experienced Collision Estimator to join our Collision Center team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in providing accurate estimates, supporting customers through the repair process, and ensuring every vehicle meets our high standards for quality and safety. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for new and returning customers, providing friendly, professional service.
- Prepare and present comprehensive collision repair estimates.
- Order necessary parts and ensure timely arrival to support the repair schedule.
- Provide proactive customer support, including phone calls, emails, and status updates.
- Collaborate with technicians, insurance adjusters, and service team members to ensure smooth repair processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Collision Estimator in an automotive body shop.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CCC One or Pathways Estimating System is required.
- Education: High school diploma or technical training in an automotive body shop program is a plus.
- Key Traits: Excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- CCCone: 1 year (Preferred)
- Collision Estimator: 2 years (Preferred)
- Dealership: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Salisbury, NC 28145: Relocate before starting work (Required)
