Automotive Service Manager

An established automotive dealership is in search of an experienced Service Manager to lead our high-caliber service team. This pivotal role is suited for a dynamic and motivated individual with extensive experience in managing automotive service departments.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Uphold exceptional standards of customer service and satisfaction, surpassing company benchmarks.
  • Maintain robust relationships with manufacturers and suppliers to support service operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of service professionals, enhancing their performance and sales effectiveness.
  • Manage service operations efficiently, overseeing team schedules, workloads, and departmental tasks.
  • Drive the attainment of business objectives across the service department, focusing on sales growth, productivity improvements, and profitability.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing vehicle issues, managing warranties, and facilitating effective repairs.
  • Ensure all operations adhere to safety standards and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
