POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for supporting client account onboarding and account maintenance. An effective TEAM member provides excellent customer service by assisting and consulting with clients on program setup, system configuration needs and service adoption. TEAM Member should be tech savvy, possess ability to problem solve as well as excellent communication skill both written and
verbal. TEAM Member is trained in all areas of the department to provide support to various TEAM members both within Account Services as well as other departments for the success of TEAM customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support new client onboarding through written and verbal channels for TEAM new customers within published SLAs
- Maintain department reporting and vendor updates to various systems.
- Maintain data points for department metrics to support measures of success for the department.
- Monitor department ticketing system and respond to customer inquiries with excellent service within published SLAs.
- Manage client maintenance requests within published SLAs including name changes, user changes and deactivations.
- Assist with completion of projects and department goals.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of company products and services, legislative updates and related industries to provide recommendations for additional services, support and education to TEAM clients.
- Other duties as assigned by leader.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Experience:
a. Bachelor's degree in business or related field or High School Diploma and 2 years’
related experience.
- Computer Skills:
a. High level of computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat/PDFs – ability to edit
and create, scanning)
- Soft Skills Required:
a. Communication – Ability to communicate effectively with others clearly and concisely.
b. Detail Oriented – Ability to pay attention to the minute details of the project or task.
c. Organized – Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of
performing a task.
d. Low Ego - Ability to admit one's mistakes and be open and willing to hear constructive
feedback.

b. Demonstrate reliability supporting TEAM attendance standards as attendance and
punctuality are key to the success for all.
c. Provide professional verbal and written communication and service to customers, TEAM
members and partners.
d. Utilization of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, various software
platforms, and other technology.
e. You must be able to sit for long periods of time.
f. This job operates primarily in a clerical office setting in Tulsa.
g. Travel 5%.
