POSITION SUMMARY
This position serves as support for TEAM’s Clinic Network Management. Effective TEAM member provides exemplary customer service to new and existing clients by processing clinic requests, handling collection site errors and managing email inquiries. Effective TEAM member acts as a liaison between TEAM and clinic partners to maintain positive relationships and premium pricing. This position also serves as support to the Finance department as it relates to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions including but not limited to; processing clinic invoices, handling customer payment, and supporting AR/AP inquiries.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clinic Network Management
o Locate collection sites for new and existing clients within established SLAs.
o Manage supply ordering and delivery processes for clients.
o Setup client accounts with clinics by gathering pricing, sending protocol, requesting clinic agreements, and completing clinic-required paperwork.
o Monitor Clinics inbox and respond to all inquiries within established SLAs, escalating as necessary.
o Keep clinic accounts and information updated in required systems.
o Deactivate clinics that are not complaint with required standards.
o Handle one time clinic set-ups within established SLAs.
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
o Assist with clinic invoices and payment processing.
o Assist with negotiation of lower collection rates/service pricing as needed.
o Support TEAM AR/AP inquiries and functions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
1. Experience: High School diploma with 1 years of industry experience
2. Computer Skills:
- High level business-related computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe/Acrobat/PDFs)

- Demonstrate reliability supporting TEAM attendance standards as attendance and punctuality are key to the success for all
- This job operates primarily in a clerical office setting in Tulsa. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. You must be able to sit for long periods of time.
