Responsibilities
Loan Processing : Accurately process mortgage loan files from application to closing in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Documentation Review : Review submitted loan documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with lender guidelines.
Communication : Serve as a point of contact for borrowers, lenders, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.
Coordination : Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and closing departments to ensure smooth and timely loan progression.
Data Entry : Enter and verify loan information in database systems for record-keeping and reporting.
Problem Solving : Address and rectify any issues or discrepancies that arise during the loan process.
Requirements
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in mortgage processing or a related field.
Education : High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in finance or business is a plus.
Attention to Detail : Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills : Strong organizational skills with a knack for prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
