- Experience in preparing project specifications and creating detailed CAD drawings

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry, hotel projects is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
