What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coax Technician AND Trainer position at Team Eminence LLC?
- Train all technicians on cable, internet and phone services to include installation and troubleshooting both coaxial cable and fiber.
- Train all technicians on the requirements needed to stay compliant with all local, state, and federal requirements and how to identify and correct any faults.
- Train technicians and read/route their jobs and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Design, implement, coordinate and conduct technician training courses with an emphasis on safety.
- Introduce and educate technicians on customer premise equipment and PPE (personal protection equipment)
- Maintain records of all technician training courses and activities.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal safety-related regulations are met.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the technician training program and make any necessary adjustments.
- Conduct technician audits to ensure process and procedures are correctly and safely being implemented.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest safety legislation and best practices.
- Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned or as become evident.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
