You will be an ambassador of our company, becoming a trusted face to our customers by adhering to our company values. As a key member of our team, you will use your strong interpersonal skills to provide service and support to your customers while closely coordinating with production and design
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through prospecting and developing relationships with:
Lumberyards
Garage builders
Agricultural building contractors
Smaller builders in Northern Colorado
Other customer types that you identify
- Strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers by providing excellent customer service.
- Work with the team to ensure that customers’ orders are delivered on time, on budget, and with a high level of quality.
- Provide clear and actionable feedback to production and design teams based on feedback from customers
- Maintain a Rigid Component Systems presence by visiting jobsites, participating in builder association activities, and being the face of the company wherever helpful.
- Maintain the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
- Work closely with the Director of Sales and BD at Simple Homes to develop mutually beneficial customer relationships
- Meet required sales goals/quotas
- Other duties as assigned

Pay: $65,935.00 - $70,682.00 per year
