Duties
- Build, inspect, repair and service agriculture equipment.
- Conduct field service calls to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during each job.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols while working in the field.
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Extensive use of hand tools
- Job requirements 90% onsite; 10-15% offsite. Some travel required.
Experience
- Proven experience in agricultural service / mechanical background.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience
- Experience running and working on combines and planters
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license will be required for travel to job sites.
