Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on different Farm equipment.
- Conduct field service calls to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during each job.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols while working in the field.
Experience
- Proven experience in agricultural service / mechanical background.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel to job sites.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
