Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of office administrative support. You will report to the President and assist in organizing his daily affairs and administrative requests. - Being part of a small collaborative team who values a close-knit and down to earth work atmosphere and flexible environment
- Managing our busy office of 15 employees and planning and coordinating company events, travel arrangements, community events and employee outings.
- Serving as the primary liaison for answering incoming calls and forwarding to the appropriate team member.
- Create and/or update excel spreadsheets for tracking a variety of topics from financial to project work to human resources.
- Keep track of office supplies and inventory and order supplies.
- Coordinating activities for account managers including vehicle tracking, mileage tracking, scheduling off-site meetings.
- Follow up on calls and tasks as requested by the President including letters, forms, certificates of insurance and other administrative responsibilities
- Basic Human Resources oversite including tracking employee hours, vacation time, sick days, holiday schedules, etc.
- Assisting with basic accounting support
If you:
- Have 10 – 15 years of office management and/or high level administrative experience
- Have a positive friendly demeanor and love being a collaborative team player
- Have experience with administrative support, human resources support, accounting support
- Are proficient in Microsoft excel and word and spreadsheet creation and updates.
- Enjoy maintaining a neat and organized office environment.
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Have familiarity with QuickBooks and/or CRM software and tracking, a plus.
- Have experience planning and coordinating events, outings, travel, hotel arrangements, etc.

Additional Highlights
