Job Summary:
Team Ford is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internet/BDC Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for online and phone inquiries, helping customers navigate their vehicle-buying journey. As part of our Business Development Center (BDC), you'll leverage your sales skills, product knowledge, and communication expertise to generate leads, schedule appointments, and drive sales for our dealership. Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads, phone calls, and emails from prospective customers.

Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, budgets, and preferences for new or used vehicles.

Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and coordinate with the sales team for seamless handoffs.

Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and customers via phone, email, and text to build relationships and close sales.

Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, update customer information, and monitor sales progress.

Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and dealership promotions.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing online traffic and lead conversion.

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics established by management.

Stay informed about current inventory, manufacturer incentives, and industry trends to better assist customers.
Qualifications

Previous sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus but not required).

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Comfortable using technology, including CRM systems, email platforms, and online chat tools.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of automotive products and services (or willingness to learn quickly).

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in sales/marketing a plus.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
