Accounting Responsibilities Required:
- Posting deals, submitting service and warranty contracts for new & used retail car deals
- Recording of vehicle sales, request & process lien payoffs for wholesale sales & used car purchases
- Dealership Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable - Processing of cash receipts & vendor invoice, collection of dealership AR balances, refunds, warranty cancellations, regional check runs, daily deposits, posting deals, and account reconciliations
- General Dealership Accounting - FTC, RDR, Rebate & Bank Reconciliation
- Tax returns
Office Clerk Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Detail-oriented with documentation skills and eagerness to learn
- Ability to collect, compile and analyze information and data
- Ability to communicate effectively throughout the organization both in person and through written correspondence and presentations
- Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines
- Computer literate and able to learn Company software
- Dealership experience preferred
