Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Manager to oversee our maintenance operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aircraft maintenance activities to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement maintenance programs, including scheduled inspections and repairs.
- Supervise and mentor maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with flight operations and other departments to ensure timely and efficient aircraft availability.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate maintenance procedures and recommend improvements to optimize performance and reduce downtime.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted safely and in compliance with industry standards.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring cost control without compromising quality.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in aircraft technology.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance on Boeing Business Jets, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification is required.
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, safety standards, and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in maintenance tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
