Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AOG with a minimum of 3 years of Corporate Jet Experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive airframe and avionics experience, particularly with the following aircraft models:
- Embraer Phenom 300, Praetor/Legacy
- Cessna Latitude
- Bombardier Challenger and Global series
- Garmin 3,000 & 5,000 Avionics Systems
The role involves performing high-level maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on corporate jets, with a focus on quality and safety. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that all aircraft meet rigorous FAA standards and are ready for operation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform airframe and powerplant maintenance, repairs, and inspections on various corporate jet models.
- Troubleshoot and maintain avionics systems, particularly Garmin 3,000 & 5,000.
- Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance logs using advanced computer systems.
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, working closely with clients to meet their needs and provide guidance on aircraft maintenance.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Requirements:
- A&P Certification (Required).
- Minimum 3 years of corporate jet experience (Required).
- At least 1 year of airframe experience on any of the following aircraft: Embraer Phenom 300, Praetor/Legacy, Cessna Latitude, or Bombardier Challenger and Global series.
- Proficiency with Garmin 3,000 & 5,000 avionics systems.
- Comprehensive computer skills and experience with maintenance tracking software.
- Prior customer service experience (preferred).
- Must live within 1 hour of the base location.
- Ability to work a 7-day on / 7-day off schedule.
- No job hoppers will be considered.
Compensation:
- Guaranteed $2,500 gross per semi-monthly pay period.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
