Position Summary
The Supervisor is accountable for the overall safety, security, efficiency, and cost-effective management of their team. The Supervisor must effectively lead a team to deliver superior industrial cleaning and support service results across all areas of their responsibility. The ideal candidate will lead by example, using their coaching skills to develop a culture of trust by inspiring, while challenging and promoting the workforce.

Schedule
- Flex-time availability with weekends as business needs require;
- Day shift.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train and develop up to 15-20 team members;
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities in industrial cleaning within the paint shop vicinity: high-pressure water blasting, sanitation and solvent use;
- Utilize monthly schedules and timesheets for cleaning services and to obtain daily assurance ratings from the customer;
- Ensure timely scheduling of training and development for team members;
- Order and maintain the use of PPE and supplies, ensuring team members are adequately equipped;
- Understand and achieve all required targets for safety, customer satisfaction, financial and operating performance;
- Ensure the customer’s value proposition is clearly understood by the onsite team and that the level of customer satisfaction is validated in the KPI’s;
- Utilize ADP for timesheets and data entry;
- Implement/utilize all required companies operating platforms and systems;
- Communicate with the customer to provide support, address service requests and inquiries;
- Abide by all health and safety policies, practices, and procedures as per OSHA standards;
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the manufacturing industry at the supervisor-level;
- Automotive paint manufacturing or industrial cleaning experience is considered an asset;
- Experience with NLB high-pressure equipment is considered an asset;
- Experience in a unionized environment;
- Ability to lead and participate in a dynamic fast-paced team-based environment;
- Demonstrated problem-solving and leadership skills as well as strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills;
- Ability to reliably commute to Register, GA for work.
