Sales Representative – Printing & Apparel Industry
We are a growing printing and apparel company specializing in screen printing, Direct to Film, heat press, embroidery, vinyl wrapping, and custom stickers. Our primary clients include schools and small businesses, but we are expanding into new industries, including construction companies and beyond. We’re looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our client base.
Job Summary
Identify and develop new business opportunities in schools, small businesses, construction companies, and other target industries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients via calls, emails, visits, and networking events.
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs and recommend customized solutions.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with our production team to ensure client orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and our product offerings to effectively communicate value to clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the printing, apparel, or a related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel locally to meet with clients as needed.
- Familiarity with schools, small businesses, construction industry, all businesses
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through direct sales efforts, both in-person and over the phone.
- Utilize Salesforce and other tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for sales growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Negotiate terms of sale with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Upsell products and services by understanding customer needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies that enhance overall sales effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions for reporting purposes.
