What We Offer:
Base salary uncapped commission – Earn $50K–$100K annually based on performance

What We’re Looking For:
Ambitious, goal-oriented individuals ready to launch a career
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to study for and obtain a Property & Casualty license (required within the first 60 days)
Prior sales, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
Self-starters with a passion for helping others and a desire to grow professionally
