Express Service Advisor Job Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting the customer upon arrival for service.
- Updating the customer throughout the Service Process.
- Documenting all customer service requests
- Relaying Customer Service Requests to the Technician
- Invoicing the Repair Order upon work completion
