Hybrid Warehouse Associate

FLSA: Non-Exempt
HOURS: Full-time
VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED
Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic, responsible team player with a can-do mentality to join our Warehouse team. The Hybrid Warehouse Associate is required to work at our Pasco, Florida warehouse. This person will Assist customers at counter, type up sales orders, put away stock items, pull stock inventory for orders, load/unload trucks with forklift, deliver materials in box truck.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull and prepare orders and check for accuracy
- Load/unload trucks
- May assist with driving van for local non-HAZMAT deliveries
- Inventory – physical count, organize and maintain stock, inspect condition and quality, move and replenish as necessary, notify Purchasing of low stock items
- Help customers with loading products
- Keep aisles clear of stock and debris
- Sweep warehouse floors daily and as needed
- Report any unsafe conditions to the Warehouse Manager
- Operate forklift in a safe and efficient manner and report any unsafe conditions to the Warehouse Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
- Positive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Forklift certified
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift or move up to 100 lbs
- 2 years of warehouse experience a plus
- Basic reading and math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the changing needs of the team
- Strong commitment to the Team Horner Value System
